The internship duration is 6 to 9 months, and interns spend 50% of their time in hands-on work environments alongside industry professionals.

Candidates must complete their profile to 100%, including e-KYC through Aadhaar, personal details, educational qualifications, skills, and bank account information. Companies review candidate profiles and shortlist based on qualifications, skills, and location preferences. Selected candidates receive offer letters through the portal dashboard and must accept within 14 days.

Upon successful completion of the internship, interns receive a PMIS Completion Certificate recognized by the Government of India. This certificate serves as a credible credential on resumes and can open doors to permanent employment.
