Kisan Kalyan Yojana MP: 14th-15th Kist Released, Status
MP's top-up for PM-Kisan farmers. The 14th and 15th kist of ₹2,000 each landed on 27 July 2026, check if yours came.
📖What is Kisan Kalyan Yojana MP: 14th-15th Kist Released, Status?
Mukhyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana is Madhya Pradesh's money-on-top scheme for farmers already getting PM-Kisan. The state sends its own kists of ₹2,000 straight to the same Aadhaar-linked bank account.
There is no separate application. If you are an approved PM-Kisan beneficiary with cultivable land in MP, the state list picks you up automatically, around 82 lakh farmers are on it.
Combined with PM-Kisan's ₹6,000 a year, an MP farmer's total support goes up to ₹12,000 a year at the current enhanced rate. That is the difference between buying seed on credit and buying it outright.
The scheme's promise is simple: if the Centre trusts you enough to pay, MP will pay too. One clean PM-Kisan record earns you both streams for life.

14th + 15th kist released together
Both kists of ₹2,000 each were credited from 27 July 2026 to eligible farmers' Aadhaar-linked accounts.
The 14th and 15th installments were released on 27 July 2026 for around 82 lakh farmers. Money lands in batches, so allow a few days after the release date.
Check your name and payment on saara.mp.gov.in under Mukhyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana Hitgrahi Sthiti, using Aadhaar or PM-Kisan ID with the captcha.
This block is refreshed every week from official announcements, the verified date above tells you how current it is.
🧐Why Two Kists Came Together This Time
Farmers waited most of 2026 asking one question: 14 kist kab aayegi. The state answered by releasing the 14th and 15th together on 27 July, ₹4,000 in one credit.
Double releases are not new for this scheme. When the payment calendar slips, the government clubs the pending kist with the next one instead of paying them apart.
That is why your bank entry may show a single ₹4,000 credit rather than two ₹2,000 entries. Both kists are inside it.
If your account shows only ₹2,000, one of the two kists is stuck, usually on eKYC or seeding. The checks below tell you where.
Keep the SMS or passbook entry of this credit safely. It doubles as proof of active beneficiary status if any future verification drive asks for it.

🛰️What SAARA Actually Is (Beyond Kist Status)
SAARA is not just a payment checker. It is MP's revenue-department platform where crop records, girdawari entries, and scheme beneficiary lists live together.
That connection matters for your money. Your kist eligibility flows from the land and crop records SAARA holds, so an error there travels into payments.
If your status shows ineligible despite valid PM-Kisan approval, the mismatch is usually sitting in the SAARA-side land data. The patwari corrects it, not the bank.
Check your entry once a season even when payments are smooth. Catching a wrong khasra entry early is far easier than chasing a blocked kist later.
🧮The Money Math: What MP Farmers Actually Get
Each kist is ₹2,000, that part has never changed. What changed is how many kists a year the state pays.
The scheme started at ₹4,000 a year in two kists. The state later announced an enhancement to ₹6,000 a year, which is why some older articles still quote the ₹4,000 figure.
Stack it on PM-Kisan and the picture completes: ₹6,000 central plus the state's share lands the total at up to ₹12,000 a year at the enhanced rate.
All of it is DBT, no cash, no middleman. If someone asks for a fee to release your kist, it is a scam, report it.
⚖️Kisan Kalyan vs PM-Kisan: Same Farmer, Two Schemes
| Point | PM-Kisan (Central) | Kisan Kalyan (MP State) |
|---|---|---|
| Yearly amount | ₹6,000 in 3 kists | Up to ₹6,000 at enhanced rate |
| Who runs it | Government of India | Government of Madhya Pradesh |
| Application | Register once on pmkisan.gov.in | Automatic for approved PM-Kisan farmers |
| Status portal | pmkisan.gov.in | saara.mp.gov.in |
| Payment timing | Fixed all-India windows | State announces each kist separately |
🧾Reading Your Payment Entry Like a Pro
The SAARA status row gives you three useful things: the kist number, the payment date, and the transaction reference. Note all three before calling anyone.
In your bank statement, the credit usually appears with a DBT or state-treasury narration. A ₹4,000 single entry after 27 July 2026 is the 14th and 15th kist clubbed.
Payment shown on SAARA but nothing in the bank after a week? That is a seeding or account-status issue, take the transaction reference to your branch.
Nothing on SAARA at all? Then the file never reached payment, and the fix is upstream: eKYC, land record, or Farmer Registry ID.
🚫Kist Not Received? The Four Usual Blockers
eKYC pending is blocker number one. The state pays only PM-Kisan records with completed eKYC, finish it via OTP on pmkisan.gov.in or biometrics at a CSC.
NPCI seeding is blocker two. Your bank account must be Aadhaar-mapped through NPCI, not just KYC-verified at the branch, ask your bank to enable DBT seeding.
Land record mismatch is blocker three. If the name on the MP land record differs even slightly from PM-Kisan, the file fails verification at the patwari level.
Data mismatch on SAARA itself is blocker four. Check your entry on the portal, and get corrections done through your patwari or tehsil office, not through agents.
Documents That Keep Your Kists Flowing
🔐eKYC: The Ten-Minute Job That Unlocks Every Kist
eKYC sounds technical but it is a ten-minute job. On pmkisan.gov.in, open the eKYC option in the Farmers Corner, enter Aadhaar, and confirm with the OTP on your Aadhaar-linked mobile.
No OTP because the mobile number changed? Then that route is closed for you.
Go to any CSC centre with Aadhaar and do biometric eKYC with your thumb impression instead.
Elderly farmers whose fingerprints fail on the machine can ask for face authentication at the CSC. It exists for exactly this case and works on the operator's phone app.
Once eKYC shows complete on your PM-Kisan record, it never needs repeating. Every future kist, central or state, reads the same flag.
Quick Eligibility Check
- Approved PM-Kisan beneficiary
- Permanent resident of MP
- Cultivable land in your name
- eKYC and NPCI seeding complete
- Not registered or rejected in PM-Kisan
- Income tax payer or government employee
- Land record name mismatch
- Institutional or non-cultivable landholding
🏦NPCI Seeding: The Bank Step Farmers Skip
Most stuck payments are not a government problem, they are a bank mapping problem. Your account can be fully KYC-verified and still not be NPCI-seeded for DBT.
Seeding means your Aadhaar is mapped to that specific account in NPCI's central database. Government money follows this map, not your passbook.
Walk into your branch and say exactly this: enable Aadhaar seeding with NPCI for DBT on this account. Many staff confuse it with KYC, so use the word NPCI.
If you switched banks recently, the map may still point to the old account. Re-seed at the new bank and the old mapping is replaced automatically.
📞Grievance Route: When Everything Checks Out but Money Does Not Come
Sometimes eKYC, seeding, and land records are all clean and a kist still misses you. That is when the grievance route starts, and it works better than most farmers expect.
First stop is your Gram Panchayat secretary or the Krishi Vibhag office at the block. Carry your Aadhaar, PM-Kisan printout, and the SAARA status screenshot.
For PM-Kisan-side issues, the central helpline and the query form on pmkisan.gov.in create a ticket you can track. State-side issues route through the tehsil.
Put the kist number and date in every complaint. A vague 'paisa nahi aaya' gets a vague answer, a specific '14th kist, released 27 July, not credited' gets a lookup.
Where Your Problem Gets Fixed
🆔Farmer Registry ID: The New Requirement Nobody Explained
The Farmer Registry, part of the AgriStack push, is now woven into MP's payment checks. It gives every farmer a unique ID tied to Aadhaar and land parcels.
If you have not created yours, do it at the CSC or through the registry camp your Gram Panchayat announces. Carry Aadhaar and your khasra details.
Existing beneficiaries are not exempt. Records without a linked Farmer Registry ID risk getting filtered out of future kist runs even if everything else is clean.
Treat it like the eKYC of 2026: a one-time chore that decides whether the next release includes you.
📅When Is the 16th Kist Expected
No official date exists for the 16th kist yet, and any site giving you an exact day is guessing. The honest answer is a pattern, not a date.
The scheme's kists tend to follow the crop calendar, with releases clustering around Kharif and Rabi seasons. After a July double release, the next window would reasonably fall around the Rabi season late in the year.
The state announces each kist separately, often around festivals or major events. When the announcement comes, this page's status block will carry the date the same week.
Till then, use the time to clear the four blockers above. Farmers who fix eKYC and seeding before a release get paid in the first batch, not the grievance queue.
How This Scheme Grew
🌦️Kharif, Rabi, and the Kist Calendar
The kist calendar loosely tracks the farming year rather than fixed months. Releases tend to cluster where farmers need cash: sowing windows.
Kharif sowing around June-July and Rabi sowing around October-November are the two natural slots. The 27 July double release fits the Kharif pattern.
This is also why exact-date predictions on random websites are junk. The state times releases around announcements and events, not a published schedule.
Plan your input purchases around the season, not the rumour. If a kist is genuinely late, it has always arrived clubbed with the next one, not lapsed.
🌱What ₹12,000 a Year Actually Covers on a Small Farm
Critics call these amounts small, but on a two-acre holding the math is real. A season's seed for wheat or soybean on that land runs a few thousand rupees.
The kist timing matters more than the size. ₹4,000 landing at sowing time replaces the moneylender's loan that would have cost 3-5% a month.
Farmers who treat the kists as input money, not household money, get the full benefit. Seed, urea, and a diesel top-up for the season roughly map to one double kist.
That is the honest frame for this scheme: it will not change your life, it removes the worst borrowing at the two moments a year you are forced into it.
Compare that with a kisan credit card, which is a loan you repay with interest. The kists are the only farm money that arrives without a repayment date, which is exactly why keeping the record clean is worth the one-time effort.
💬
The kist is yours by right, not by luck. Clear the eKYC and seeding once, and every future release finds your account on its own.
Dozens of unofficial sites publish made-up kist dates to farm clicks. Only saara.mp.gov.in and official government announcements count.
Never share OTP or pay anyone to release a kist. The scheme has no fee, no agent, and no fast-track.
Scam Patterns Around Kist Season
👨👩👧Family Cases: Joint Land, Inheritance, and New Farmers
Joint landholdings confuse the scheme most. The kist goes to the person whose name is the PM-Kisan registrant for that holding, one benefit per eligible farmer record.
After a landowner's death, the legal heir must get the mutation done in land records first, then update PM-Kisan. Until mutation completes, payments stop on that record.
New farmers who just got land can register fresh on pmkisan.gov.in. Once the central record approves, the MP list picks them up in the next cycle automatically.
Tenant farmers without owned land are outside both schemes. Eligibility follows ownership in the revenue record, not cultivation.
Status and beneficiary list: saara.mp.gov.in. PM-Kisan record and eKYC: pmkisan.gov.in.
For land record corrections, your patwari or tehsil office is the route. Grievances also go through your Gram Panchayat secretary.
