Madhya Pradesh skill training scheme — learn at a real company and earn ₹8,000–₹10,000/month stipend for 1 year
📖What is Seekho Kamao Yojana 2026 — Eligibility, Age Limit, Stipend, Last Date & How to Apply?
Mukhyamantri Seekho Kamao Yojana (MMSKY) — also called Seekho Aur Kamao Yojana or Shikho Kamao Yojana — is a Madhya Pradesh state government scheme that places unemployed youth aged 18–29 in registered private companies and government institutions for 1 year of on-the-job training.
During the training, the government pays a monthly stipend of ₹8,000–₹10,000 directly to the trainee's bank account. The hosting company pays an additional 25% or more from their side. Training covers 700+ work areas across IT, engineering, health, banking, hospitality, media, and more.
Important: MMSKY is a Madhya Pradesh state scheme only for MP residents. It is separate from the Central Government's Seekho Aur Kamao scheme (run by Ministry of Minority Affairs). Both share a similar name but have different eligibility, portals, and benefits.

Watch Out for Fraud
💡Watch Out for Fraud
Fake websites and WhatsApp groups charge money for 'guaranteed placement' under Seekho Kamao. The official portal is mmsky.gov.in — registration is 100% free. No agent, consultant, or third-party site is involved in this scheme.
📄Documents Required
Aadhaar card, MP domicile certificate, Class 12/Diploma/Degree marksheet and certificate, Samagra ID (mandatory — register at samagra.gov.in), Aadhaar-linked bank passbook, passport-size photograph, and mobile number registered with Aadhaar. Samagra ID is the single most common reason for application failure — get it done first.
🚀After Training — What Certificate Do You Get?
After completing 1 year of training, you receive a State Vocational Training Certificate from the Madhya Pradesh government — issued digitally through the MMSKY portal and verifiable online. Companies are encouraged to offer permanent employment to high-performing trainees after training. Many do convert trainees into regular employees, treating the 1-year period as a working trial.
