Indian Army CSBO Recruitment 2026 — 190 Civilian Posts, 10th Pass Can Apply Before May 31

The Ministry of Defence, through HQ 2 Signal Training Centre in Panaji, Goa, has released a recruitment notification for 190 Civilian Switch Board Operator (CSBO) Grade II posts in the Indian Army. This is a Group C civilian post under the Ministry of Defence — you work as a civilian employee inside Army establishments, operating telephone exchange systems and communication equipment. Educational qualification is Matriculation (10th pass) from a recognized board with minimum 6 months of experience in handling PBX (Private Branch Exchange) or EPABX boards.
